The Registered Nurse is responsible for recording patient medical histories, assisting physicians during endoscopy procedures, and managing the recovery and discharge of sedated patients. They must maintain accurate electronic health records and provide essential health education to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing and a current Minnesota Nursing License with BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include one to two years of clinical experience, specifically within GI or PACU settings.

Pediatric sites require PALS certification for Charge Nurses.
