Oversee daily operations and 24-hour care for a designated Long-Term Care unit while supervising a team of nurses and assistants. Act as the primary liaison between physicians, residents, and families to implement comprehensive care plans.
Candidates must hold a current RN or LPN license from the Minnesota Board of Nursing and an active CPR certification. Previous supervisory experience in a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.
