Through our Health Coverage Program, we help community members enroll in affordable health insurance via the federal Marketplace—improving access to preventive care, protecting against medical debt, and supporting overall well-being. We are hiring a team of temporary, on-site staff to support our work during the Open Enrollment season from November 1 to mid-December.
Position Description
The Bilingual Client Support Specialist is a part of a team that serves as the first point of contact for clients seeking information and assistance with enrolling in affordable health insurance. Full-time and part-time roles are available. Assigned shifts will include weekday and weekend hours. No experience with health insurance is required. This is a temporary, seasonal, grant-funded position. Paid training is expected to begin in late September 2026, with the role continuing through mid-December 2026. Based on a determination by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding the Open Enrollment period, the assignment may be extended through mid-January 2027. Employment in this role is contingent upon continued grant funding and business needs, and may end sooner if funding is reduced, exhausted, or otherwise terminated. In no event will this position extend beyond the approved grant funding period.
