The Program Supervisor oversees daily operations and staff at assigned programs to ensure high-quality service delivery for individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, conducting staff meetings, and providing direct hands-on assistance with daily living tasks.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. A two-year degree in social services or two years of experience in developmental disabilities with supervisory experience is preferred.

Wage: $17.75/hour
The Program Supervisor plays a key role in delivering high-quality services to individuals by combining direct support responsibilities with program coordination and administrative support. This position ensures accurate documentation, effective program implementation, and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting team collaboration and individual outcomes.
