The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant will provide high-quality rehabilitation care to patients in their homes by following established plans of care. They are responsible for documenting clinical notes, communicating patient progress to the care team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must be graduates of a certified occupational therapy curriculum and hold a current, unrestricted COTA certification. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and a valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle are required.
