The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment plans for home health care patients. They must coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and communicate significant health changes to supervisors and physicians.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted state RN license and have at least one year of clinical nursing experience. A valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and the ability to travel 50% of the time are required.
