Oversees day-to-day operations and growth of a Home Therapies dialysis program, ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Manages program budgets, staff scheduling, and the training of patients and caregivers for home dialysis.
Requires a Registered Nurse degree with current state licensure and CPR certification. Must have at least one year of dialysis experience, including three months of peritoneal experience.
