The Senior Power BI Analyst develops and maintains dashboards to monitor revenue and accounts receivable data for healthcare clients. They collaborate with stakeholders to transform raw data into business insights and provide ad-hoc analysis to support day-to-day operations.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle analytics. Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and SQL is required, along with a strong understanding of data modeling and HIPAA standards.
Job Purpose
The Senior Power BI Analyst is responsible for assisting the revenue cycle management team in monitoring revenue and accounts receivable data through Power BI reporting. The person will work with key stakeholders to transform raw data into cohesive, valuable reports capturing meaningful business insights. The candidate must be able to work at a detailed level while maintaining the big picture of the overall division goals. Other responsibilities include compiling comprehensive reports for clients, data mining and analysis, and providing support for the day-to-day operations.
