The Home Infusion Registered Nurse provides one-on-one patient care and education in the home setting according to the prescriber's treatment plan. They work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure infusion therapies are administered safely and effectively.
Candidates must hold a Registered Nurse license in good standing and possess excellent IV start skills. A current state driver's license is also required for travel to patient homes.
