The Healthcare Coordinator leads the resident care team to ensure people-centered care and regulatory compliance within a senior living environment. Key duties include creating individualized service plans, managing healthcare budgets, and overseeing staff recruitment and training.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure, CPR certification, and at least 4 years of healthcare management experience in senior living. A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting residents with dementia is also required.
