The cook is responsible for preparing food according to recipes while maintaining high standards of quality, freshness, and safety. They must also manage kitchen operations, including cleaning, sanitizing, and ensuring all food is ready for service at the scheduled time.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of cooking experience and the ability to cook from scratch. A high school diploma and ServSafe certification are preferred but not required.
