The Revenue Cycle Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs for RCM new hires and system upgrades. This includes developing curricula, maintaining SOPs, and acting as a super user for the patient accounting system.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of full-cycle revenue cycle management experience, with at least 1 year as a healthcare trainer. Proficiency in NextGen Practice Management and knowledge of Medicare/Commercial billing guidelines are preferred.

This role is NOT remote. It is ONSITE in Phoenix, M-F during business hours.As a Revenue Cycle Trainer, you’ll be responsible for revenue cycle training from needs assessment to design and delivery, independently applying adult education theory and knowledge of workflows and current technology. You’ll develop, design, administer and manage the RCM new hire training programs, system upgrade training and testing, special projects, quality assurance, and compliance training.
