The Administrative Assistant will manage daily facility operations including change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for patients, assisting with transportation and physician appointment scheduling.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office with a typing speed of at least 60 WPM. Preference is given to applicants with a medical secretary certification or at least one year of related administrative experience in a medical setting.

We seek a personable individual with excellent computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office). You must type 60 WPM and have a high school diploma or GED. Medical secretary or secretarial certification is preferred-as is at least 1 year in a related administrative position in a medical setting.
