The Renewal Consultant (Arizona Book of Business) plays a critical role in driving Warner Pacific’s growth strategy by strengthening group medical case retention across the Arizona market. This role focuses on identifying where medical case losses occur, developing strategies to keep business in-house, and partnering closely with Sales Executives to address retention challenges within specific agencies.
This position supports all group cases with 20 or more enrolled employees, leads a proactive renewal management process, and collaborates with contracted carriers and TPA partners to align shared retention goals and initiatives. The specialist will also actively participate in open enrollment meetings and support brokers and clients during key renewal cycles.
This position reports directly to the Sales Vice President.
