In addition to direct recruiting, this Director leads NaphCare's Provider Concierge team, provider engagement programming, and provider training initiatives. These programs are designed to support providers after they are hired and improve long term retention, and they are a meaningful part of what NaphCare offers candidates during the recruiting process.
Responsibilities
Provider Recruiting
Source and recruit MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, psychiatrists, and behavioral health providers for correctional healthcare programs at local and state government facilities.
Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing and outreach through offer acceptance and credentialing handoff.
Develop and maintain an active candidate pipeline using direct outreach, professional networks, medical associations, and specialty job boards.
Build recruitment plans for specific sites in partnership with medical directors and operations leaders.
Speak knowledgeably with candidates about compensation, collaboration agreements, credentialing timelines, scheduling, and what working in a correctional setting actually looks like.

Lead the Provider Concierge team, which exists to make sure providers have what they need to be successful once they join NaphCare. This team supports providers from offer acceptance through their time with the company, and the Director is responsible for setting direction, holding the team accountable, and making sure the model is working.
Oversee provider employee engagement programming in partnership with HR. This includes making sure provider feedback is actively collected and that it informs decisions about how NaphCare supports and retains its clinical staff. What providers experience on the job directly impacts our ability to recruit, and this Director keeps that connection front and center.
Partner with clinical education and training teams to ensure provider development programs are practical, relevant to the correctional environment, and consistent with what candidates are told during the recruiting process. Providers who feel prepared and supported in their role stay longer, and this Director plays a key part in making that happen.
