The Director is responsible for sourcing and placing physicians and behavioral health professionals across correctional healthcare programs. Additionally, they lead the Provider Concierge team and oversee engagement and training initiatives to improve long-term provider retention.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of healthcare recruiting experience, specifically placing physicians and advanced practice providers. Experience in correctional healthcare and the ability to travel 25-35% are strongly preferred.
NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for a Director Of Provider Recruiting And Engagement to join our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham AL.
The Director of Provider Recruiting is responsible for sourcing and placing physicians, advanced practice providers, psychiatrists, and behavioral health professionals across NaphCare's local and state government healthcare programs. This is a working recruiter role with director level oversight responsibilities.
In addition to direct recruiting, this Director leads NaphCare's Provider Concierge team, provider engagement programming, and provider training initiatives. These programs are designed to support providers after they are hired and improve long term retention, and they are a meaningful part of what NaphCare offers candidates during the recruiting process.
