Responsibilities
The Navy Ship Budget Program Analyst shall support Commander, Naval Air Forces, Pacific (CNAP), Code N43 in the execution of the following duties and those additional tasks as needed:
Provide budget services to accomplish advance planning, work package development, work package integration, and work package execution.
Manage financial tracking for aircraft carrier repairs, maintenance, and modernization during CNO scheduled availabilities.
Support financial execution and planning for emergent work outside of scheduled availabilities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree OR High School diploma + 6 years of experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience providing budget services in support of ship repair and maintenance or possess current experience in the role.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in TYCOM staff procedures or possess current experience in the role.
Ability to communicate and interface with senior Navy personnel (O6/GS-15) on a routine basis.
Must be a US citizen.
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
Desired Qualifications
Documented extensive experience working with and providing budget services related software and databases.
Documented experience at the GS-12 equivalent level.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.
