The Program Director oversees all site operations, including service delivery, regulatory compliance, and staff management to ensure program goals are met. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in a social services field and possess over seven years of experience working with homeless or special needs populations. A minimum of five years in a managerial role is required, with professional licensure such as LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC strongly preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Under the supervision of the Program Administrator, the Program Director ensures quality care and oversees the functions of the program according to regulatory bodies and accreditation requirements. This individual is responsible for overseeing and implementing care and resources to meet clients' physical, emotional, and social needs. The Program Director provides supervision of all programs’ services and works to develop, implement, track, report, and evaluate measurable outcomes. The requirements below represent the required knowledge, skill, and/or ability.
