The role involves leading the collection and management of user needs, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and facilitating Agile ceremonies. You will also manage Salesforce administrative functions and provide strategic guidance on process improvements and reporting.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience as a business analyst for the federal government. Proficiency in Salesforce, Agile methodologies, and the ability to obtain a government security clearance are required.
As a Business Analyst/Scrum Master you will lead the collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization, concept development, and feature writing to support development and deployment. Provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and in translating business process needs into technical requirements. Provide expertise in change management and training support. Provide organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments. Provide expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis.
Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $140,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
