The purpose of this senior level position is to perform difficult and complex work assignments involving independent judgment to determine course of action consistent with established functional and organization's policies and tax code. This position requires advanced understanding of concepts in functional area as well as other technical functional related areas. Requires decisions made within established procedures which involve the evaluation of basic alternatives such as the method of performing work or the sequence of performing assigned work. Responsible for providing information and assistance as needed to lower levels or less experienced personnel. Typically, will interface with departmental staff and commitment to customer service is important. Performs work under minimal supervision.High School Diploma required.
Two years of college or equivalent work experience preferred.

Keep current on new and revised tax laws and proper tax code.
Create new causes and key information into CMS system.
Prepare, scan, index, and enter data.
Perform quality control to ensure information accuracy.
Act as Timekeeper for WorkDay payroll system.
Facilitate new and more efficient operating procedures.
Assist Appraisers, in-house and contracted law firms with district court case.
Provide training and guidance to less experienced personnel.
Maintain production log.
Purchase and manage supplies and equipment.

The position requires considerable concentration, creativity and ability to manage time effectively. The position is subject to stress caused by a changing public environment, mandatory deadlines and heavy workload. Requires the ability to ask questions that will bring forth the information needed to make sound decisions.
