The Scrum Master leads cross-functional teams in executing agile at scale and facilitates scrum ceremonies to ensure project synchronization. They are responsible for tracking agile metrics, removing blockers, and briefing leadership on product status and deliverables.
Candidates must have experience managing agile teams and a strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile principles. A bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience is required, along with the ability to obtain a DoD TS/SCI clearance.
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a skilled Scrum Master who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Navy Distributed Operations team in Austin, TX. The Scrum Master leads a up to two cross-functional teams of 5 to 8 product team members executing agile at scale supporting the Distributed Operations product for Navy Surface. The Scrum Master supports a Scrum of Scrums to provide program level metrics and schedule synchronization. The Scrum Master will coordinate with all Government product owners and all product stakeholders to include technical staff and will be able to brief both CACI and Government leadership on a product’s status and associated deliverables. The Scrum Master leads and coaches scrum teams comprised of software engineers, Devops professionals, cybersecurity specialists and test engineers developing the next generation of distributed operations tools for the US Navy.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
