WSP is currently initiating a search for BIM Project Leader with the potential to work out of any WSP office with a Federal Programs presence, including Arlington, VA; Virginia Beach, VA; Tacoma, WA; San Diego, CA; Denver, CO; New York, NY, or Pittsburgh, PA. Be involved in projects with our Federal Programs Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients’ objectives and solves their challenges.
The successful candidate will provide high level building information modeling (BIM) and other computer aided design and drafting (CADD) system support and guidance to aid high quality production of design documentation to be used for the Federal Property and Buildings team.
Responsibilities involve providing support for and overseeing BIM implementation on various multi-site/phase design projects of moderate to larger scale, scope, and/or complexity. Ensures that design phase deliverables including BIM documentation and design drawings meet contract requirements. Ensures that responsibilities are delivered and adhered to with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable industry standards for design, accuracy, and functionality.

Compensation
Expected Salary (all locations): $125,900 - $170,000

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $134,700 - $170,000
