The USPTO fosters innovation and economic growth by administering the nation's patent and trademark systems. This position performs business analysis, requirements management, functional analysis, and reporting activities supporting Microsoft 365 Collaboration Tools Services. The Functional Analyst Senior works with Government stakeholders to evaluate business processes, define functional requirements, develop reporting solutions, and recommend operational improvements.
