O'Fallon Fire Rescue is highly trained, well equipped department that protects 43 square miles including the City of O'Fallon, the Village of Shiloh and the rural areas of Caseyville, O'Fallon, Shiloh Valley, and St. Clair Townships. With a proud history dating back to 1891, the OFR responds to more than 900 fire calls annually and is honored to provide an ISO class 3 fire protection rating to the residents and businesses within the fire district.
