The role involves gathering and interpreting data to support business performance across Accounts Receivable and Supply Chain. Key duties include managing reverse logistics tickets, creating actionable reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business processes.
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or supply chain is required along with experience in data analytics and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with outsourced partners or ticket management systems is preferred.
Reporting to the Manager of Business Services, you will support collaboration with internal and external customers and suppliers to meet the needs of the Global Business Services organization. You will serve as a subject matter expert in Reverse Logistics Ticket management for the outsourcing team while responding to information requests and communicating impacts to partners. You will work across Accounts Receivable and Supply Chain to deliver insights and support business performance.

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
