About the role 

As Barman, you will assist the Bar team to consistently always provide impeccable service to guests. By living and breathing all things, drinks and cocktails and a collection of wines, you will look to surprise, excite and wow our guests through flair, charisma and charm. You will be a key member of the team, delivering a magical and memorable experience for every guest.  

What you will do 

• Carry trays safely and correctly, clear and straighten tables.  

• Be familiar with the bar menu and each menu item, and know how to explain the drinks on the menu to customers, as well as the composition of cocktails and other dishes.  

• Stock management  

• Creation of customized cocktails

What we are looking for 

• The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems. 

• You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
