The Banquet Dishwasher is responsible for operating the dishwasher to clean dishes and utensils, restocking supplies, and performing general kitchen cleaning duties. Additional tasks include trash removal and adhering to health department standards.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with some work experience in a related field. Knowledge of sanitation standards and the ability to operate kitchen equipment are also desired.
POSITION SUMMARY:
OPERATES DISHWASHER TO PROPERLY CLEAN ALL DISHES AND COOKING UTENSILS USED IN THE KITCHENS, RESTAURANTS AND BANQUETS. SCRUBS POTS. RE-STOCKS ALL SUPPLIES IN THE ASSIGNED AREAS. GENERAL KITCHEN CLEANING DUTIES INCLUDING THE CLEANING AND MOPPING OF KITCHEN FLOORS AND TRASH REMOVAL.
