The Food Service Liaison is responsible for processing patient diet orders using automated software and troubleshooting interface issues. They also assist patients with menu planning and communicate concerns to clinical staff to ensure timely resolution.
Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. A work permit is required for applicants under 18 years of age, and compliance with Act 34 clearances is mandatory.
Responsible for processing and maintaining patient diet orders through automated diet office software. Utilizes customer friendly telephone skills to interact with patients and nursing to problem solve issues with food service.
