The Receiving Assistant supports the Receiving Manager in managing incoming products, scanning inventory, and processing paperwork. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean back room and providing backup cashiering and customer service on the sales floor.
A high school diploma and experience in retail, grocery, or receiving environments are preferred. Candidates must be able to obtain forklift certification, handle physical lifting requirements, and be proficient in basic office software.
The Receiving Assistant is responsible for assisting the Receiving Manager in the successful operation of the receiving department.
