The Director of Banquets is responsible for supervising the banquet team, managing daily operations, and ensuring service delivery meets guest expectations and banquet event orders. They also oversee staffing, training, departmental communication, and the financial aspects of banquet events including billing and payroll.
Candidates should have 5 or more years of experience in a quality-driven banquet leadership position, preferably within a AAA Four Diamond or Four Star hotel environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong organizational and customer service skills are required.
