The General Manager is responsible for all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory, and cash management. They must ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures while managing staff and customer relations.
The candidate must be able to lead a crew, manage store operations, and maintain a professional image. Proficiency in administrative tasks like scheduling and paperwork is required.
