Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent and possess a strong interest in financial markets and trading. Excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to learning are essential.
As a Sales & Trading Assistant, you will support the day-to-day servicing of institutional clients and execution of client orders. You will engage with both domestic and international clients, collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, trading, research, operations, and technology), and help drive business outcomes through market analysis and operational excellence. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth pre-trade and post-trade operations, supporting product and process enhancement initiatives, and maintaining high standards of risk management and compliance. Your work directly impacts our client franchise and the firm’s reputation for excellence. This role offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to progressively build product knowledge and client responsibilities over time.
