The Claims Examiner is responsible for the accurate and timely adjudication of long-term care insurance claims in compliance with policy and regulatory standards. This includes analyzing claim documentation, coordinating benefits, and communicating determinations to policyholders and providers.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in insurance claims or healthcare administration. Proficiency in claims systems, Microsoft Office, and a strong understanding of medical terminology are required.
