The role involves processing a variety of financial transactions and providing consultative solutions to improve members' financial well-being. Additionally, the advisor acts as a mentor to new teammates and educates members on digital banking tools.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and be a registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) on the NMLS site. Three to five years of experience in financial institution member services or comparable cash handling and sales experience is required.
