Relevant du Gestionnaire de la comptabilité, vous veillerez au respect des échéances mensuelles et à la réalisation des projets spéciaux. Votre expertise en comptabilité immobilière et vos solides compétences en communication seront essentielles à votre réussite.
Préparer des rapports financiers et des analyses pour des propriétés individuelles ou des portefeuilles consolidés.
S’assurer que l’information financière est exacte et transmise dans les délais.
Produire les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles.
Participer au processus budgétaire annuel et aux révisions (reforecasting).
Effectuer les ajustements de fin d’année et la facturation aux locataires (13e facture).
Préparer les dossiers de travail pour les audits de fin d’année.
Réconcilier les comptes du bilan et produire les états financiers.
Effectuer les tâches comptables mensuelles : écritures, conciliations bancaires, refacturations, etc.
Assurer la conciliation et la remise de la TPS/TVQ.
Gérer les provisions pour mauvaises créances et les dépôts de garantie des locataires.
Surveiller les flux de trésorerie et anticiper les besoins futurs.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des opérations, de la location et de la construction.
Ce que vous apportez :
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité immobilière commerciale ou dans un domaine connexe.
Désignation professionnelle CPA (atout important).
Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Capacité à travailler de manière professionnelle sous pression.
Forte autonomie, sens de l’initiative et aptitude au travail d’équipe.
Excellente gestion du temps et des priorités.

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join its dynamic team in Montreal. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will ensure monthly deadlines are met and special projects are completed on time. Prepare financial reports and analyses for individual properties or consolidated portfolios.
Ensure financial information is accurate and delivered on time.
Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Participate in the annual budgeting process and reforecasting.
Complete year‑end adjustments and tenant billing (13th invoice).
Prepare working papers for year‑end audits.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and produce financial statements.
Perform monthly accounting tasks: journal entries, bank reconciliations, chargebacks, etc..
Ensure GST/QST reconciliation and remittance.
Manage bad debt provisions and tenant security deposits.
Monitor cash flow and anticipate future needs.
Collaborate closely with operations, leasing, and construction teams.
What you bring
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate property accounting or a related field.
Professional designation CPA (strong asset).
Excellent communication skills in French and English for both written and verbal.
