The Senior Buyer manages end-to-end procure-to-pay activities, including strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and purchase order lifecycle management. They ensure supply continuity by collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate data within the ERP system.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or commodity management. Proficiency in ERP systems and strong analytical and communication skills are required for this role.

With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.
Mini-Circuits’ sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website.
The Senior Buyer is responsible for the end-to-end Procure to Pay activities including strategic sourcing support, supplier and PO management, negotiations and maintaining purchasing data integrity. This role ensures supply continuity for an assigned group of materials and collaborates cross-functionally with Strategic Sourcing, Planning, Engineering, Quality, AP and others to support new product introductions, resolve material issues and drive process improvement.
Salary: $84,500 - $105,000 per year
