Lead the project accounting function by managing cost reporting, invoicing, and corporate forecasting while ensuring compliance with internal controls and government standards. Requires a B.S. in Accounting, a CPA designation, and at least 15 years of project accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership. Must possess deep expertise in Oracle ERP, US GAAP, FAR Part 31, and SOX compliance.

POSITION SUMMARY: Lead the Project Accounting function for NuScale, working closely with project teams and Corporate Accounting. Coordinate across multiple organizational stakeholders to ensure that processes, tools, and reporting maintain compliance and meet corporate and project needs. Provide project accounting expertise to support proposals, project setup, invoicing, project cost and revenue entry/monitoring, change management, performance reporting, and corporate rolling forecasting and budgeting. This is a matrix-reporting role which reports to both the VP, Product and Project Delivery and Senior Director, Controller.

NuScale has designed a new kind of nuclear power plant that is smarter, safer, cleaner, and more cost competitive than the large gigawatt nuclear power plants of the past.
