About The Role

The Tax Staff plays a key role in maintaining tax compliance and financial integrity across DKSH's entities in Vietnam, ensuring alignment with local regulations and Group standards. This role contributes directly to minimizing financial risk and keeping the organization confidently ahead of Vietnam's evolving tax landscape.

What You Will Deliver

• Monitor and control tax compliance status across
• DKSH Vietnam entities, ensuring adherence to Group standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Support tax health-checks and audits by gathering financial information, coordinating with auditors, and liaising with tax authorities to ensure smooth and timely resolution.
• Prepare and manage accurate tax reporting in full compliance with local tax regulations and tax authority requirements, safeguarding the company's obligations.
• Proactively advise internal stakeholders on relevant tax matters, embedding tax awareness into business decision-making and minimizing financial exposure.
• Monitor and analyze changes in tax regulations, communicating their business impact and recommending timely adjustments to protect the company's interests.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, Audit, or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in tax; experience at a Big 4 firm is preferred
• Good knowledge of Vietnam tax regulations and accounting standards
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
