OGD Overhead Garage Door is seeking a detail-oriented, hourly Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support payroll processing and benefits administration across our growing family of regional brands. This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position eligible for overtime under FLSA guidelines. The role supports both bi-weekly W-2 employee payroll and weekly 1099 subcontractor payments, helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across multiple divisions and pay schedules. The ideal candidate is highly organized and confident handling sensitive employee and contractor data with discretion.
