The Finance & Operations Specialist manages financial transactions for the Scholarship Granting Organization and supports organizational financial operations. This role also builds and maintains financial dashboards and reporting tools to assist executive leadership with decision-making.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration along with 3-5 years of professional experience. Proficiency in spreadsheets, AI tools, and QuickBooks is preferred, alongside a commitment to the organization's mission and values.
The Finance & Operations Specialist supports daily financial operations and building analytical tools that guide leadership’s decisions. This role works closely with the CFO and Finance Director to manage the distinct financial transactions of the Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO), assist with dashboard creation and variance reporting, and provide crucial support to organizational financial operations.
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Compensation: Full-time, Salaried/Exempt
Location: CCV Office in Columbus, Ohio, with Occasional Statewide Travel
