Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience and at least three years of management experience within a healthcare organization. A thorough understanding of the insurance industry, governmental regulations, and proficiency in computer applications are required.

Regional Business Office Manager
The Regional Business Office Manager exercises general supervision over business office staff, directing all areas of credit and collections of the Surgery Center. Plans, organizes and directs all aspects of the Business Office including the administration of all policies on accounting, insurance, internal controls, accounts payable, auditing of patient accounts, scheduling, admissions, medical records, and claims processing.
