The Credit Contracts team is part of the IT development organization supporting critical banking applications in the credit and operations area. You will join a team involved in delivering a highly visible project for one of the bank's key perimeter, where reliability, functional accuracy, and close collaboration with business stakeholders are essential.
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, from understanding business needs and defining solutions to supporting testing, implementation, and post-production activities. The scope is broad and covers the Enterprise market, including several evolutions related to decision limits for credit contracts across different applications, as well as document generation topics. In this role, you will help translate complex requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories, while ensuring alignment between business teams, development teams, and IT partners.
Identify, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements, while contributing to solution definition and impact assessment.
Monitor and coordinate work with IT partners responsible for interfacing or dependent applications.
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in a banking environment, with knowledge of the credit and operations area highly appreciated.
Previous experience in the credit contracts, credit operations, or broader lending domain.
Previous exposure to testing coordination, acceptance strategy definition, or level 3 functional support.
