Manage personnel administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including documentation, record updates, and payroll support. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and respond to employee HR-related requests.
Requires previous experience in Human Resources with a focus on personnel administration for at least 500 employees. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and proficiency in Romanian Labor Law and Microsoft Excel.
