Summary:

• Respond to requests from employees and internal/external partners within defined quality standards and service level deadlines.
• Support employees and internal/external partners in the use of CBS/P information systems (Employee Portal, Chatbot, SAP Concur, etc.), in accordance with established procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing processes and associated tools, and communicate recommendations to internal stakeholders (Business Support or Business Specialist), while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze the quality of chatbot responses and implement necessary updates, including adding new questions, updating answers, defining keywords, and testing the relevance of content with users.
• Participate in the deployment of the Travel & Expense (T&E) chatbot across Europe by sharing best practices from France, proposing standard questions, and contributing to an efficient chatbot maintenance model.

What will you bring to the team?

• 1+ year of experience in a back-office, administrative, or support role is a plus.

• French proficiency (B2+), with a good command of English.

• University degree.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Quick learner, able to adapt to new tools and processes.

• Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset.

What will you do?

Provide user support for SAP Concur and Travel & Expense processes, including:

• Assistance with creating expense reports.
• Assistance with travel bookings.
• Support with Hertz Gold account creation.
• Delegation.
• Employee account reactivation and profile updates.
• Michelin and external account reactivation.
• Support on travel policy-related questions.
• Investigation and explanation of expense-related queries.
• Research information on specific files for pro expenses.
• Support for various SAP Concur tool-related questions.
• Search for CWT files.
• Invoice research, claims management, and issue resolution with the tool or external providers (Hertz, CWT, etc.).

Additional responsibilities:

• Work with Level 2 support teams to resolve technical issues.
• Work with the Travel Manager for intranet and chatbot content updates.
• Update and analyze chatbot content and performance.
• Investigate and follow up on requests received from the control team.
• Provide guidance on bank account (RIB) updates and Citi card issues.
• Perform CWT back-office activities, including invoice request processing.
• Monitor activities and performance through weekly and monthly KPIs.
