We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP – Digital Innovation, Transformation

In this role, you will be:

• Lead end-to-end process discovery (workshops, interviews, shadowing) to map current-state processes, pain points, risks, and control gaps.
• Identify and quantify automation opportunities (time saved, error reduction, risk/control uplift), building a prioritised pipeline and business cases.
• Define target-state processes and solution options, partnering with Automation/Engineering to validate feasibility and approach.
• Produce high-quality analysis artefacts: process maps,user stories, acceptance criteria, functional/non-functional requirements, data requirements, and test scenarios.
• Support delivery through the lifecycle: backlog refinement, sprint support, change impacts, and benefits tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations, Investment teams, Risk/Compliance, and Technology to ensure solutions meet governance, auditability, and regulatory expectations.
• Promote standardisation and re-use (templates, process patterns, controls-by-design) across Asset Management operations.

To be successful you will be:

• 8+ years’ Business Analysis experience, ideally within Asset Management, Wealth, Banking Operations.
• Strong process discovery and process re-engineering capability; able to articulate “art of possible” and challenge existing ways of working constructively.
• Proven ability to translate complex operational workflows into clear, testable requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology; confident facilitating workshops and driving decisions.
• Experience working in Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
• Degree or equivalent experience
