Meraki Labs is a founder-led venture studio that builds companies from the ground up by turning studio ideas into real companies. Founded in 2020 by serial entrepreneur Mukesh Bansal , Meraki partners closely with daring founders to move ideas from paper to prototype to product. Our unique model identifies bold ideas, builds lean teams around them, and guides them from zero to one, and then from one to ten and beyond.

We are currently incubating and building eight active ventures across EdTech, FinTech, Enterprise AI, Publishing, and Wellness (including Super STEM, Fermi AI, GoReach, DreamBook, Dhyan HQ, Nurix AI, and MyRico, Olympiz.ai). Beyond our core studio-incubated ventures, our ecosystem includes strategic investments in massive breakout companies such as Groww, Skyroot Aerospace, and Gigforce.

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-ownership, strategically-minded Business Finance and Strategy Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience to oversee money, investments, and funding across our multi-venture ecosystem.

In this role, you will not be tied to a single company; instead, you will manage financial strategies for multiple breakthrough companies simultaneously, each at a distinct stage of its evolutionary path. Operating at a breakneck pace , you will work directly alongside a deeply involved leadership team—including Mukesh Bansal, Peeyush Ranjan, Anantika Jain, and Abhishek Asawa —and individual venture founders to drive capital allocation and long-term financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment & Funding Management: Directly manage the deployment of money, capital, and funding pathways across our 8 active studio ventures and our broader portfolio ecosystem investments.

• Cross-Venture Financial Strategy: Formulate and execute financial strategies tailored to different business models (ranging from SaaS and FinTech to EdTech and Consumer Tech) from zero to one and scale stages.

• Lifecycle Financial Support: Partner with ventures across both our Incubate track (co-developing early-stage ideas from scratch) and Catalyze track (providing substantial capital and operational experience at pre-seed and seed stages).

• Hands-On Operations: Provide comprehensive financial infrastructure and operational support to deliberately lean venture teams , ensuring they have the financial clarity to own their mandates end-to-end.

• Strategic Decision Support: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute critical financial decisions, evaluate business viability, and optimize resource allocation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 7 to 10 years of progressive professional experience in business finance, investment management, corporate finance, or strategic financial planning.

• Multi-Entity Management: Proven track record of managing funding, budgets, and investments across multiple businesses, ventures, or complex corporate segments.

• Ecosystem Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced environment characterized by immense variety and high ownership.

• Execution Mindset: A builder mentality aligned with our culture of rolling up your sleeves from day one to build alongside founders.
