Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis. Advanced credentials such as a CPA or MBA are considered a strong advantage.
The Financial Analyst provides accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role is responsible for financial close processes, account reconciliations, and analyzing financial statements such as P\&L and balance sheets. It partners with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve financial processes, and deliver insights using analytical tools. Additionally, the position ensures regulatory compliance (e.g., GAAP, SOX), supports audits, and contributes to special projects as needed.
