The Tax Manager is responsible for managing tax accounting and compliance requirements, including the preparation of tax provisions and related disclosures. They will handle domestic and international income and indirect tax returns while collaborating with internal departments and outside advisors.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in accounting and over 6 years of experience in a Big 4 or public accounting firm supporting public companies. Proficiency in ASC 740 and OneSource Tax Provision software is required, with a CPA certification strongly preferred.

CoStar Group is continuing to acquire and grow at a rapid pace and is in need of a Tax Manager to support the ever evolving and growing needs of such a diverse company. The Tax Manager will be responsible for obtaining and analyzing information necessary to meet the tax accounting and compliance requirements of CoStar Group. Working with individuals within the company as well as outside advisors, this position will be actively involved in the preparation of the tax provision and related disclosures as well as income and indirect tax returns. This position will report to the Head of Tax.

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role will fall within the range set forth below based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
Base Compensation: $116,000.00 - 158,000.00 USD Annual
