Major Tasks & responsibilities:
1, Responsible Daily HSEQ routine  job in SF plant and support other plant routine  job when a colleague is on vacation, such as morning meeting, kpi monitoring, walkthrough , HSE performance reporting system(IIMS) maintenance, , incident report and RCA for incident/HPE, safety risk analysis and, JHA and coordinate PPS etc.;
2, Main interface to SF safety council;
3, Environment protection routine work management, including environmental aspect identification and evaluation, environmental monitoring and ensure the normal operation of the online monitoring system, internal and external environmental communication and reporting, and waste management etc., 
4, Danger chemical management;
5, Support to got site HSE permit and licenses renew;
6, Identify and review new environmental regulations and updated procedures; 
7, Support scheduled audits (ISO internal audits, ISCC Plus recertification, BIS, GMP and VDA6.3)
8, Review compliance cases with management team.

Qualification:
Bachelor degree from university, with major of Safety or environmental science
Oral and written communication in English.
More than 5  years HSEQ working experience
Have chemical operation background or CSE is a plus.
