Lead Regional Marketing Across Latin America
Nextpower is expanding rapidly across Latin America as utility-scale solar deployment accelerates across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, and emerging energy markets throughout the region.
We are seeking a senior regional marketing leader to drive integrated marketing and communications strategy across Latin America.This role requires a seasoned multinational marketer who can translate global corporate strategy into measurable regional business impact.
You will lead regional execution across events, communications, customer engagement, brand visibility, and sales enablement while partnering closely with Corporate Marketing, Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and the Global Events Team.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong executive presence, commercial acumen, and deep experience operating across complex, multi-country organizations.
What You Will Own
Regional Marketing Leadership
Lead integrated marketing and communications strategyand deliveryacross Latin Americaincluding, but not limited to, PR, digital, sales collateral,email/ABM, social, events and sponsorships.
Translate global campaigns and corporate initiatives into regionally relevant programs
Develop annual regional marketing plans aligned to revenue and growth objectives
Manage regional budgets, agencies, and campaign execution
Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer priorities
Executive CommunicationsandCustomer Engagement
Partner with Corporate Communications to develop regional media strategies, customer announcements, and executive visibility programs
Work directly with customers and partners to develop case studies, success stories, and partner press releases
Ensure regional landing pages reflect regional offering and ensure translation as required
Ensure alignment with corporate messaging, product positioning, and brand standards
Support executive communications and speaking opportunities across the region
Event MarketingandIndustry Presence
Lead regional event strategy and execution across Latin America
Partner closely with the Global Events Team on conferences, customer events, trade shows, and executive forums
Increase Nextpower’s visibility across utilities, EPCs, developers, asset owners, and investors
Drive measurable business impact from regional events and campaigns
Sales Enablement & Market Development
Serve as strategic marketing partner to regional Sales Leadership
Localize messaging and campaigns based on regional market conditions andenergypolicy dynamics
Support go-to-market initiatives for new technologies and integrated platform solutions
Help strengthen regional brand authority and customer engagement
Required Experience
12+ years of B2B marketing and communications experience within multinational organizations
Proven success leading regional marketing across multiple Latin American countries, including Brazil
Strong background in event marketing, corporate communications, and executive engagement
Experience operationalizing global corporate marketing strategies at the regional level
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred
Experience operating within matrixed, fast-growth global organizations
Preferred Experience
Renewable energy, utility-scale solar, infrastructure, industrial technology, or energy sectors
Experience supporting EPCs, developers, utilities, asset owners, or investors
Multi-country agency and media management experience
Strong understanding of Latin American commercial and cultural dynamics
