Como Ingeniero (a) de Proyectos serás responsable de identificar, planear, liderar e implementar proyectos de inversión de capital (CAPEX) relacionados a nuevos procesos o mejora de procesos, así como soporte en proyectos relacionados a VAVE, Price e introducción de nuevos productos. Identificar oportunidades e implementar proyectos de reducción de costos en material directo y conversión.
Realizar proyectos de inversión mediante CERs a traves de la plataforma TTPPM.
Colocación y seguimiento de órdenes de compra, y administración del presupuesto de los proyectos.
Coordinación de proveedores y contratistas en cumplimiento con lineamientos de Seguridad.
Desarrollar proyectos que reduzcan costos en material directo o conversión (reducción gastos fijos/variables de la planta, mejoras de Calidad COPQ, eliminación de desperdicios) y documentar mediante Windchill y TTPPM.
Desarrollar proyectos relacionados a la Manufactura (ejem. Cambios en layout, introducción o reemplazo de equipos de proceso, desarrollar proyectos estratégicos para la planta).
Dar soporte en proyectos de NPI (New Product Introduction) para modificación o nuevos procesos de acuerdo a TTPDP.
Actualización de layout de la planta.
Proveer Status de los proyectos que liderea.
Administración y seguimiento a proyectos CAPEX de planta.
Lo que traerás:
Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánico, Manufactura, o afin.
5 años de experiencia en puesto afin.
Conocimiento de metodologías de administración de proyectos
Manejo de software CAD (Autocad, CREO Parametric, Solid Work)
Conocimiento de Manufactura Avanzada.
